Our model is about creating the time and space for educational leaders, teachers and support staff to focus on delivering a high quality curriculum experience through inspiring and aspirational lessons. We promote cultural diversity, celebrate the special qualities of each of our schools and recognise that communities must develop and grow to become sustainable.

Schools within our Trust maintain their identity, have the opportunity to innovate within a safe space and in turn strike the right balance between dependence and independence.

We will work with schools that can subscribe to these values and who are prepared to take responsibility and share resources with others. This approach is already improving the life chances of the learners in all our schools.
