Stephen is a CIPD Chartered Fellow People Officer & Senior HR Director with significant global experience across the public and commercial sector.
Stephen has particular strengths in developing innovative people strategy and solutions and spearheading change and transformation programmes to continually improve culture. Combining broad HR experience with strong business literacy, Stephen will support the Board to navigate the challenges of a growing trust.
