Lee has been Trust Lead for Maths since September 2022.  He is extremely passionate about improving the teaching of mathematics (through developing teachers and schools) and improving outcomes for all pupils.

Lee has extensive experience of working with a wide range of schools and colleagues to develop professional knowledge and practice, and to develop and refine whole school policies and approaches to improve the teaching of mathematics. He has excellent relational skills and quickly builds effective working relationships with all colleagues based on respect and a deep-rooted moral compass.

Always seeking to improve himself and others, Lee has continually built his skill set which includes NCETM accreditation as a: Primary Mathematics Teaching for Mastery specialist; Professional Development Accredited Lead; and School Development Lead. Lee also continues to work as a lead for numerous workgroups for the Enigma and East Midlands South Maths Hubs - devising, executing, and evaluating effective CPD programmes drawing on strong leadership skills and with a focus on collaboration. Away from mathematics, Lee also has experience of developing middle leaders as an Ambition Institute Visiting Fellow.
