Lee McCrum is currently a Senior Consultant Programme Manager for a large US based conglomerate, operating within the UK Defence sector. Specialising in military equipment procurement, technical through life support and operational delivery, particularly within the battlefield helicopter operating centre.

He is an experienced Chartered Aerospace Engineer with a strong background in airworthiness, safety, quality assurance and risk management, Lee has held senior roles within the aerospace and rail sectors, responsible for large complex technical programmes.

Lee is a retired Regular Army Officer, and now a serving Reserve Army Officer, with a military career spanning 28 years in the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers. This career has seen him serve all over the world in critical equipment support and operational roles.

Lee brings to the trust a wealth of leadership, strategic and management experience, coupled with expertise in risk management, project governance, continuous improvement, change, and problem solving.
