In a career that spans a number of nationally and internationally recognised companies, in roles including business, marketing and brand development, customer liaison, compliance, health and safety, web and technical support, sales coordination and development, her career in education began with 12 years in Early Years provision.

As Business Support Manager, Victoria manages the 5 Wells Development Centre and the Trust’s training offer, engaging highly skilled facilitators to develop and hone the education provision to schools in Northamptonshire and across our borders.  She has built secure relationships and collaborations with schools and education providers since the creation of the 5 Wells Teaching School Alliance in 2015, which has evolved into the training arm of the Trust. 

A competent and effective communicator, Victoria holds a key role in School Improvement, supporting and enabling, to ensure that this pivotal Trust team can advance the education provided in our schools.
